Methodology

This report is based on TutorOnn's market-rate research database, compiled and locked in May 2026. Rates were established for 30 core subjects across 20 countries (600 subject–country combinations), covering online tutoring only.

Rates use the UK (GBP) as a base reference and are adjusted per country using local market multipliers and exchange rates fixed in May 2026 (GBP→USD at 1.27). Local-currency figures are rounded to clean steps to avoid false precision. The data reflects typical market ranges for one-to-one online tutoring; it is informational guidance, not a price floor or ceiling. Figures are refreshed periodically as currencies and markets shift.
